Equium Group is here to manage the day-to-day operations of the Alpine Park HOA. That includes taking care of the community’s HOA-owned open spaces, coordinating services such as landscaping and snow removal, managing HOA fees, and responding to resident questions and requests along the way. For any inquiries, including account setup or annual dues, please contact Equium Group. If emailing, please reference Alpine Park HOA in the subject line.

HOA Welcome Package
Shortly after you move in, you’ll receive a Welcome Package from Equium, our community management partner. This package will include a request for your contact details and Pre-Authorized Debit information, making it easy to set up your annual HOA fee payments. Condo owners do not need to separately pay for HOA fees as they will be collected through their condominium.
If you didn’t receive the letter, or if it’s been misplaced, you can register through Google Forms.
Condo Communities
Once your information is submitted, you’ll receive an email from alerts@condo-communities.com inviting you to activate your Condo Communities account. This web-based platform is your go-to hub for staying connected to Alpine Park — from community updates and HOA Board Meeting minutes to submitting service requests directly to Equium.
Signing Up
If registering yourself at online, click Sign Up at the top right of the page, fill out the form, and select your home address from the dropdown menu (addresses appear as street name first, followed by unit number – for example, “ALPINE BOULEVARD SW - Unit 106” for 106 Alpine Boulevard SW, to make them easier to find).
After you submit your details, the Equium team will verify your address, and you’ll receive a follow-up email to set your password and login. Please note this link will expire after 48 hours.
