HOA Fee Payment Information

Below is important information details regarding your annual HOA fees. As these annual fees are due every April, please mark your calendars to avoid interest charges.

HOA programs are established to maintain long term standards in your community. The fees collected keep the community looking beautiful, help maintain public pathways, and make the unique ‘green court’ park system weaved through Alpine Park possible.

During your closing process your lawyers will ensure your first HOA payment is taken care of with your closing costs. Thereafter, Associa will mail invoices directly to your address. Fee payments can be made via;

App-based Payments

To make the process of ongoing payments easier and to provide homeowners with an opportunity to better engage with the HOA and their community, Alpine Park uses the TownSq app platform. This app is downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or usable directly from your desktop web platform of choice.

Once live, credit card payments will be able to be directly configured within the app for added convenience.

  1. Go to https://app.townsq.io/associa/signup and Register online using your account ID and postal code (To register, please use a Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari via phone, tablet, or computer).
  2. Fill in the required information and create a password.
  3. Login.

This the information you will need to register:

  • Your Account ID: Contact townsqrequests@associa.ca for your Account ID
  • Your Postal Code: Your Unit Postal Code

Please note if you own multiple units at one property, you MUST sign up for each unit then you can Link them by selecting Add Account (under your Profile and Accounts).


We highly recommend joining the TownSq app, with TownSq you can easily communicate with neighbours, managers, and board members, manage your fee account, and get up-to-date community news.


By Mail or Drop-off

Payments for ongoing HOA dues or monthly condo fees can be submitted directly to Associa;

  • M-F 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Cheques can be mailed or hand-delivered, and debit, money orders can be accepted at C-ERA’s offices. Credit card payments are also accepted for an additional admin fee.
