Tree Program
Every home starts with a tree.
Every new home in Alpine Park comes with two to three trees for the front yard, planted by our landscaper and cared for by you. Your tree joins the hundreds Dream plants along boulevards and through parks, growing together into the canopy that shades the streets and defines the neighbourhood for decades to come.
A few things to note:
Our landscaper handles the planting in collaboration with your builder for scheduling, and trees are for front yards only, where they do the most for the streetscape. If your yard can't accommodate a tree, we'll offer a shrub package instead. Once planted, the tree is yours to care for, and we've put together community-specific guidelines to help it thrive. Please note that Tree Programs vary by community.

How it works:
- Find your home on the community map below by typing your address into the search bar.
- Select your home, fill in your details, and enter the homeowner code from your builder.
- Browse the tree options for your community and make your pick. You'll see a confirmation when your order is complete.
- Our landscaper will mark any underground utilities in your yard, then stake the most suitable planting spot. The location can be adjusted, provided it doesn't conflict with utilities.
- Once the spot is confirmed, we'll schedule your planting.
One thing to remember: you have one year from possession to make your selection before it expires.
We can't offer a warranty on a living thing, so once planted, its care is in your hands. Our maintenance guide will give it every chance to flourish.
