Community Update - Nov 22

As Alpine Park continues to grow, we are still in the process of building our community. We thank you for your support throughout the year. However, with recent observations on-site, we would like to bring a few safety reminders to your attention.

We appreciate your understanding that Alpine Park is still under construction and is an active construction site. The safety of our residents, visitors, and on-site workers is of the utmost importance to Dream. To ensure your safety, please follow the construction signage to ensure your safety.

We recently became aware of children using the loam pile (large pile of what looks like dirt) for tobogganing. No access is permitted on the loam pile by vehicle or by foot as it is a not a stable structure. This pile and surrounding area is part of the active construction site and we ask no trespassing take place for everyone’s safety.

Following the recent snow event, large areas under construction are covered in snow. With no clear visibility on the path of travel, there are many unknown hazards. Icy surfaces, uneven ground, hidden construction debris and materials could cause damage and serious injuries when attempting to walk through the construction site. Phase 1 of our community is great place to explore and we ask you to use those pathways and sidewalks and stay away from all construction areas. Unauthorised personnel are not allowed to drive or walk into the construction area. Please refer to the attached reference map for a clear view of the construction boundaries.

We thank you for your understanding and support of community safety. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
